Existing Members – Online Membership renewal / personal details update

To manage your membership you will need to set up an account on the Lifesaving Online website.

 

Step 1 Registration to use “Lifesaving Online”

  1. A separate account is required for EACH member including children.(You will need to know the email address that is currently registered for you on Surfguard. If your Surfguard email address needs to be updated send details to registrar@cpslsc.org.au ) (click on this link) The email address you entered on your last membership form will be one you require. For families your childs email address will be what you entered on their membership form – if you cannot access a renewal for a family member please contact registrar@cpslsc.org.au for assistance.
  2. Go to www.lifesavingonline.com.au/SLSA_Online/modules/register/index.php
  3. Enter details as required and click on "Submit" and you will be emailed log in details

Step 2 Membership renewal / personal details update / membership fee payment

  1. After you have received your Lifesaving Online log in details go to www.lifesavingonline.com.au and log in.
  2. Go to the drop down “Memberships” and click on “My Memberships” and then “Renew”. Check and update your personal details as required. Note: Membership renewals cannot be processed until fees are received.
  3. Click on the Lifesaving Online payment gateway link.
  4. Enter Cape Paterson in the “Choose your Club or Service:” field - it will automatically fill when you start typing here.
  5. Select “Membership fee” from the dropdown “Transaction Type”. Enter the details of who the membership covers including membership category in “Complete Name/….”
    Enter the appropriate membership cost.
  6. Optional tax deductible contributions are gratefully accepted. The club has gift deductible recipient status and a separate tax receipt will be issued for tax deductions. Select “Donation” from dropdown “Transaction Type” menu. Enter details in “Complete Name/….” and donation to the “Amount” column.
